on behalf of the German Music Therapy Society (DMTG), the Hamburg University of Music and Drama (HfMT) and the Medical School Hamburg (MSH), we cordially invite you to the 13th European Music Therapy Conference 2025 in Hamburg.

• the following formats are in planning: presentations, symposia, round tables, posters, special interdisciplinary “bridges”-formats and on-site workshops
• as a digital supplement, some events will be broadcast live on the internet and will be available as video-on-demand afterwards

With the motto “Bridges”, we strive to bring contrasting viewpoints into dialogue, diverse interests into discussion and neighbouring disciplines into interaction. Therefore, we invite students, researchers and practitioners from different music therapy perspectives and from other disciplines to engage with each other in a lively and inspiring exchange.

The host for the main conference is the Hamburg University of Music and Drama. Located in the heart of Europe, it is an excellent place to meet colleagues, make contacts, discuss and exchange ideas at the interface of science and practice. The Medical School Hamburg will host the pre-conferences and the General Assembly of the EMTC.

We look forward to many exciting, critical and diverse contributions and to exchanging ideas with you!
