How to book your workshop

The conference offers an extensive workshop programme on all days in rooms W1-W4. You can choose from a total of 33 (!) programmes. The maximum number of participants per workshop is limited to 25.
Registration for all workshops will be possible from Tuesday, 22 July at 7 pm. Booking is only possible via the conference app ‘EMTC 2025’, which you can download to your mobile phone from the App Store or Playstore. If workshops are fully booked, this will be indicated in the app. Registration for the workshops is possible as long as places are available.
