Accreditation guidelines

Here you can find out what you need to consider for accreditation and which certificates are required.

How can you get accredited for the #emtc2025 conference?

In the first step, the procedure for accreditation is the same as for regular congress registration: you register on the congress portal and are then guided step by step through the registration process. When you reach the "Participation category" selection, select the "Press" field. Then enter the media type and the name of the medium for which you are reporting on the congress.

Then upload your proof of authorisation in the form of a valid press card, an imprint or an editorial assignment (PDF, jpg, png | max. 2 MB) to your user account. Uploading is mandatory, otherwise the process cannot be continued. You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Who receives press accreditation?

Accreditation for the #emtc2025 conference will only be granted to journalists who are

  • attending the conference for the purpose of editorial reporting and can demonstrate a direct connection to the topics of music therapy and related disciplines
  • working on behalf of media that are established in the field,
  • reporting on the conference for daily newspapers, magazines, press agencies, radio, online magazines.
Who doesn’t receive press accreditation?
  • People who cannot demonstrate any editorial connection to the topics of the congress
  • Employees from press, marketing and advertising departments of publishing houses and companies
  • Accompanying persons

  • Imprint of a medium related to the field of music therapy that names you as a member of the editorial team, permanent editorial staff or author
  • An editorial assignment relating to the current congress
