Conference fees
This is a non-profit conference. The presenters, the scientific committee, members of the local organising team and all volunteers are presenting and working in an honorary capacity without a salary. The conference fees cannot yet be specified but will be based on previous EMTC conferences, taking inflation-related increases into account. The organising committee is still looking for sponsoring partners to keep the fees as favourable as possible.

Streaming access registration includes
- Live streaming link from the opening ceremony July 23 (18.00-21.00 CEST) and from key-note presentations and selected presentations on July 24, 25, 26 (9.00-18.15 CEST each day) and 27 (9.00-10.30 CEST)
- Signed certificate of attendance with name of recipient
* Reduced fees can only be applied after an adequate certification has been presented to KUKM. This can be submitted at the registration system.
Students from European universities can contact the International Office of their university and apply for conference funding.
